Our Creative Schools Creative Associate, Isbeal, joined us for a wonderful morning of creativity with the children from Junior Infants to Second Class.
The children explored the fascinating art of cyanotype (sun printing), using a light-sensitive solution and natural materials gathered from nature to create beautiful prints using the power of the sun. They also used the leaves and organic materials to create colourful and imaginative nature rubbings.
We were amazed by the creative pieces the children produced! It was a fun-filled morning of exploring, experimenting and discovering how nature can inspire art. A huge thank you to Isbeal for a fantastic and inspiring workshop!
