Confirmation Retreat in Ballintubber Abbey

Our 5th and 6th class pupils thoroughly enjoyed their recent Confirmation retreat day. They got to learn about the history of the Church while also learning about local folklore connected to the area.

The children were given a guided tour of the abbey grounds aswell, which they found very interesting. Throughout the day, they took part in a variety of creative art activities in preparation for their upcoming Confirmation.

The retreat was filled with learning, reflection, creativity and plenty of fun. The pupils had a fantastic day together, enjoying some sweet treats along the way. It was a memorable and meaningful experience for all involved.
